"I received the mats on time, but I haven’t been able to use them, they have a really strong smell. I’ve been airing them out in the sun for the past three days, but the smell is still there. Has anyone got any ideas on how to remove the smell? Thank you."
"Purchased some mats for my VW T-ROC, the mats were delivered at night and the delivery driver didn’t even ring the bell. I didn’t have any notification to say they were out for delivery so I found them on my front door step the following morning. The packaging had a hole in and the mats were wet through. The mats took ages to dry, I then proceeded to put them in my car they didn’t fit, the edges of the mats were folding up where it wasn’t a good fit and the drivers mat didn’t even reach the clips. I sent pictures to customer services who have continuously told me that they do fit but if I want to return them I can do at my own cost. Currently waiting for a charge back through my bank."
